With a proven track record in collaborating with both national and international brands to enhance their commercial strategies and propositions whilst developing their market influence.

Having had a multifaceted career encompassing renowned luxury independent hotels, global franchise portfolios, retail ventures, food and beverage brand development and most recently, pivotal roles in commercial and branding initiatives within the aviation sector.

Branding Estonia operated Estonian EXPO Center in Tallinn Airport Gate 3. Estonian EXPO Center was a permanent trade fair in Tallinn Airport. The purpose of EXPO was to introduce best Estonian companies to local and foreign markets.

Through active promotion and personal approach, EXPO gathered feedback and contacts of potential clients and business partners for Estonian companies. Trained representatives ensured a professional introduction of products/services. As the Head of Sales, Katri was responsible for finding the exhibitors, negotiations, and marketing, and had a small sales team of 2- 4 people.

Commercial Concessions Sales Manager, Tallinn Airport Ltd, 2013-2021
Tallinn Airport Ltd operates and develops 5 airports and 2 airfields in Estonia, of which Tallinn Airport is the biggest in terms of facilities, passenger and cargo traffic and flight network. Tallinn Airport´s mission is to be the world’s cosiest airport.

In the last number of years, the airport has gone through significant development. The changes have been made whilst keeping in mind the purpose of enhancing the passenger experience in the termina. Katri was responsible for commercial premises (retail, F&B, duty free) in the passenger terminal building as well as developing marketing strategies together with our Lessors. She ran the negotiaion processes as well as onboarding and daily communications.

Sustainability, E-commerce, contactless shopping as well as the knowledge of our customer´s needs are the key values of the company. Tallink Duty Free AS is a part of AS Tallink Grupp.

AS Tallink Grupp is one of the leading providers of passenger transport and cargo transport services in the Baltic Sea region. The company owns 15 vessels and operates seven international routes under the brand names of Tallink and Silja Line. AS Tallink Grupp employs over 7,400 people in Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Latvia, Russia and Germany.

In 2019, Tallink Grupp provided services to 9.8 million travellers and transported approximately 385,000 freight units of goods. Katri was responsible for business development and new business models for expanding the business beyond our fleet.

Head of E-commerce and Onshore Travel Retail Tallink Duty Free AS 2023
In Katri's current position, she is responsible for further development of Tallink Duty Free E-commerce platforms which include online store, pre-order and shopping wishlist for our onboard shops. Her responsibilities also include business development of new business models beyond the Tallink fleet.

With over 20 years’ experience in the spirits industry, Jeremy Speirs currently has responsibliity for Edrington’s global travel retail business. Based in Scotland, Jeremy joined Edrington in 2002 as Finance Manager within the newly formed Brands Innovation team, and has since held a number of positions, in various geographies across the organisation.

In 2005, Jeremy took on the role of General Manager at The Famous Grouse Experience, the spiritual home of Scotland’s iconic Famous Grouse brand, welcoming over 100,000 visitors each year. During this time he built his commercial and brand acumen, as well as his network, and then joined the commercial team at a key time when the company was establishing its distribution capability.

In 2010, he moved to Shanghai as Commercial Area Director for China. In the five years that followed, Jeremy led a number of projects, including the creation of Edrington-owned distribution capabilities in China, Hong Kong and Singapore, while also managing commercial responsibilities for Japan, South Korea and Australasia. In 2015, Jeremy became Managing Director, Edrington Nordics for three years, before returning to Scotland as Managing Director Europe, Middle East and Africa for the travel retail business, followed by his current position as Regional Managing Director, Global Travel Retail in 2020. Since then, Jeremy has overseen the launch of The Macallan Colour Collection, the brand’s biggest-ever travel retail launch, and the opening of The Macallan’s largest boutique in travel retail, in Hainan.

After eight years of living overseas, in between business related travel in GTR, he is enjoying being able to pursue his personal interests of road cycling, tennis and golf in the Scottish outdoors, as well as spending time with his wife and two teenage children.

Nandhini Srinivasan heads the Buying & Merchandizing for Flemingo Duty Free. With over 17 years of experience in Category Management, Operations, Marketing and PR, Nandhini has been successful in delivering on corporate objectives, developing the P&C category, strategic partnerships & alliances and enhancing the customer experience in her role. As the Head of Buying & Merchandising, she is responsible for category development, driving the category performance, P&L, inventory management, and retail execution.

Prior to this, she was the Category lead for Wines & Spirits, P&C and managed Marketing and Operations, Corporate Marketing and PR for Flemingo Group as part of her previous roles. She is enthusiastic about creating value for all stakeholders, fostering innovation, building brands, and developing long-term partnerships in the travel retail industry.

Nicola Wells is an experienced industry executive and business consultant with a wealth of strategic marketing and commercial expertise combined with senior level experience within travel retail. She established her own business U.S.P (Unlocking Strategic Potential) Consulting in 2019 developing commercial and marketing strategies across multiple industries including domestic and travel retail where she delivered the content for the DFWC Certificate in Duty Free and Travel Retail.

She was appointed Global Head of Category Development in 2022 by Nestlé International Travel Retail (NITR) to develop the strategy to drive the company's ambition to build food into the #1 most purchased category in global travel retail. Before this Wells worked for 8 years with Aer Rianta International (ARI), the last 6 years as Director of Global Strategy & Marketing on the Executive team.

Prior to her time in ARI Wells held a range of senior commercial and marketing roles in Mars, Britvic and Pepsico.
