When designer couple Marianne van Sasse van Ysselt and René van Geer founded Secrid in 2009, by, the in¬vention of the Cardprotector changed the wallet market. Secrid is socially responsi¬ble and operates from a holistic perspec¬tive, with respect for people and planet. Secrid’s wallets are made in Europe and assembled in the Netherlands in collabo¬ration with sheltered workshops. Every year, Secrid invests 1% of its turnover to support designers and projects that con¬tribute to its brand mission: to drive the Industrial Evolution. Secrid is B Corp certi¬fied and sells 2 million wallets per year in over 90 countries.
