Anna Somogyi has 20+ years of experience in marketing, sales, and strategy. She challenges the status quo to generate value for consumers and the industry. With a data-driven, consumer-first mindset, she seamlessly switches between strategy and execution. Anna led the launch of Mondelez WTR’s Category Vision, which unlocked the category’s power to invite unplanned store visits. After leaving the channel in 2015, she drove strategic marketing and sales programs in Mondelēz International’s biggest region, Europe. Passionate about mentoring and D&IE, she now leads Mondelez WTR’s marketing function, focusing on insight, marketing, and execution. By bringing world class standards to TR Anna hopes to make a difference.

Hazel is Director of Travel Retail at Newmark, the global commercial real estate and consultancy giant headquartered in New York. Based in London, she has had a notable career spanning over 30 years in the retail industry, and her strategic expertise has been pivotal in steering and executing numerous transformative projects for both airports and retailers. Passionate about product in all categories, her previous experience is extensive across many retail disciplines covering travel retail, department stores, buying and merchandising, retail operations and strategic planning and she has held senior roles for companies such as Heathrow Airport, Selfridges and Harvey Nichols.

Vijay Talwar is an accomplished multinational business leader with 25+ years of broad industry experience in consumer products, digital, sports and retail sectors encompassing both emerging and premium brands. Vijay joined Avolta (formerly Dufry, Autogrill and HMS Host) in March 2023 as Chief Commercial & Digital Officer, where he is responsible for Digital, Marketing, Commercial, Category Management, Procurement, Store Design and Supply Chain. Since October 2021, he has also served as a Non-Executive Director at Dunelm Group. Prior to Avolta, Vijay was President – Digital at Footlocker and later became to CEO at Foot Locker EMEA in 2019. Vijay held various leadership roles at Blue Nile, Nike and Bain & Co.
