Our flagship product, Kamiki, part of Kamiki Shuzo, the first distillery in Nara, is the world’s first Japanese cedar cask-finished whisky, blending craftsmanship and innovation. Embracing sustainability, we launched Umiki, aged in Japanese pine barrels with desalinated ocean water, and Minoki rum, coral-filtered and Mizunara cask-finished, supporting coral reef conservation.
