Once you have picked your category, you can select 'Enter Now' which will take you to the entries portal. You can also add more categories there by adding other categories to your basket.

Please note you will be required to submit physical product samples for the 'Star Product' categories as part of the judging process. Further information will follow once you have submitted your entry, physical products will need to be sent to our judges from Monday 27th June, arriving no later than Friday 8th July.

Airport of the Year

This award recognises the best airport globally that has done the most to prioritise its support to retailers throughout the turbulence experienced over the last 12 months, and demonstrate a culture committed to travel retail.

This award honours the exceptional achievement/s by a company specialising in airport retail globally against the backdrop of the coronavirus crisis and its impact on travel retail.

Best New Shop Opening

2021 saw global travel retail activities begin to rebound, albeit gradually. Many companies, however, took advantage of the down time afforded by the pandemic to focus on news developments with 2021 seeing several store openings.

Border, Downtown or Non-Airport Retailer of the Year

This award honours the exceptional achievements by a retailer operating in the Border, Downtown or Non-Airport channels against the backdrop of the global coronavirus crisis.

Campaign of the Year

The best travel retail campaign, activation, store opening or pop-up by a retailer, supplier or landlord, judged against a range of factors including innovation, concept and consumer impact. This can be a physical or digital initiative – or both. At a time when consumer interaction is challenged and needs have changed, the travel retail industry has had to think outside of the box and therefore judges will look for creativity from entrants.
