Mélanie Guilldou has been leading Lagardère Travel Retail Foodservice Business Line, one of the Group’s three business lines with Duty Free and Travel Essentials, since May 2016. She is a member of Lagardère Travel Retail Management Board. Since January 2021 she has been in charge of steering and implementing the CSR Strategy within the Group, as Executive Vice President Foodservice and CSR. Lagardère Travel Retail CSR Strategy is structured around 4 pillars: Planet, Ethic, People, Social.

Lagardère Travel Retail is a leading global company present in 42 countries, 260 airports, 710 metro and railway stations, achieving €2.9bn sales in 2021. Mélanie Guilldou has more than 20 years of experience in Marketing and Business Development in the Retail and Foodservice industries, gained at major French and international players such as Agapes Group, Sodexo, SSP and Carrefour Property.
